Most of the stay was fine considering that August is one of the busiest months. The only thing that could be improved is the offer of drinks like Aperol and red Martini. Alternative local drinks are fine but the above mentioned clasic ones are a must for this restaurant to be at the top. Food's great (specially paletilla de cabritillo) and the rest of offered drinks were more than good, but again widening the wine offer would be appreciated.

Hola, Vicente. Muchas gracias por su opinión. Aperol es una bebida que no trabajamos al no tener demanda en el restaurante, es un producto que en nuestro establecimiento no tiene salida. No trabajamos con la marca Martini porque consideremos que hay otras mucho mejores, trabajamos con más de 8 marcas de Vermuts diferentes, varios de ellos artesanos. Nuestra carta de vinos es la más amplia de toda la zona, tenemos más de 140 referencias en carta. Consideramos que suficiente para encontrar algo del gusto de los clientes y no vemos necesidad de ampliarla más. Nos encanta saber que les gustó nuestra paletilla de cabritillo al horno, es un plato estrella en nuestro restaurante. Esperamos poder volver a atenderles pronto.

Amazing bean stew (still thinking about it!) and kid goat. Very helpful staff- managed our need to leave to met our tour. Worthy of Bib Gourmand and would highly recommend!

From the moment we sat at our table, Diego made us feel we were the only patrons for the day. His wine recommendation was outstanding and his friendliness and kindness difficult to find these days. His wife Angela, on the other hand, is a magician: Her Milhojas with foie gras was so good, I felt like I had arrived not a Vinotea but at heaven! Food was outstanding, service immaculate and the experience to be repeated. Congratulations to both Angela and Diego and our best wishes for continuing success! What a couple!!!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff were welcoming, helpful, professional and attentive. They were very well informed about the food they were serving, which had some innovative combinations. Overall the food was very good, although for my taste several dishes were in my opinion lacking seasoning to make them sing.
