The restaurant is not happy to provide Fork app discount. Therefore, they will not serve Dosa, or other items that they find not worth.

Also to avail the Fork offer during dinner time we request our customers to atleast order a main course per cover. As a restaurant we try to accommodate customer requests and infact we have also served you Dosa several times inspite of having run out of stock. Thank you for your support and patronage. It took a hell lot of time to get the food served. Though the food was good, the service is terrible. They also need to work on their hygiene aspect a lot.

Last time also you left us quite a negative feedback and this time also you have put questions on hygiene.We prepare everything fresh and serve fresh. It is also mentioned on Fork that Bengali dishes need a minimum 2 hour advance intimation.Bengali food is not even found in Europe and we would appreciate constructive feedback to improve. We try to make customers happy by giving discount offers and Yumms redemption vouchers to enjoy our delicacies at very nominal price.You are aware since you availed the Yumms Discount of 50 euros.We have guests visiting us from all over the world to enjoy our delicacies and have not received concerns that you have raised. Quick bite due to some nice promotion. Unfortunately service level wasn't very satisfying since they did not pay attention to guests inside and they also didn't serve any alcoholic beverages. Food was great though.
