6/10It took a hell lot of time to get the food served. Though the food was good, the service is terrible. They also need to work on their hygiene aspect a lot.

You ordered Koraishuti Kochuri Aludom , Kolkata Chicken Biriyani and Mughlai paratha.You were informed that it would take 30 min to serve you the food since we already had pre-orders.The food was served within that time. Last time also you left us quite a negative feedback and this time also you have put questions on hygiene.We prepare everything fresh and serve fresh. It is also mentioned on Fork that Bengali dishes need a minimum 2 hour advance intimation.Bengali food is not even found in Europe and we would appreciate constructive feedback to improve. We try to make customers happy by giving discount offers and Yumms redemption vouchers to enjoy our delicacies at very nominal price.You are aware since you availed the Yumms Discount of 50 euros.We have guests visiting us from all over the world to enjoy our delicacies and have not received concerns that you have raised. We tried reaching you on your mobile number to understand your concerns but it was unreachable.

6/10Quick bite due to some nice promotion. Unfortunately service level wasn't very satisfying since they did not pay attention to guests inside and they also didn't serve any alcoholic beverages. Food was great though.

9/10Very very authentic taste of Indian Food. We visited 3 times in last 6 weeks. Fabulous preparation, good portion size. Ample parking space outside the restaurant for free.

10/10Very good authentic Indian food. We had soup, Hakka Noodles, samosa chaat, and main course. Everything was too good. The food is freshly prepared. This is in a small shopping complex and there is free parking,

5.5/10We did not get the 50% offer as the restaurant said it's only applicable on a few items and not ala carte. Their speciality is Bengali cuisine but they said the Fork Festival off is not applicable on that menu. It was a very big setback as nothing of this sort was mentioned while booking the offer and we had visited to eat the Bengali cuisine specifically. I don't know if anyone is even going to read this feedback and do something about it but if someone really does go through, please do something about this problem and try to fix it.

As you correctly mentioned Bengali food is our speciality.We need sufficient time to prepare the exquisite dishes and hence request customers to pre-order atleast 2 hours in advance. You had made the reservation mentioning Valentine Spl Thali and not Bengali delicacies. We had informed you that our ALA carte menu has 50 plus North/South Indian and Indo Chinese delicacies with 50% discount available on all these items You had ordered Egg Devil, Kolkata Chicken Biriyani and Luchi Alu dum combo. All of these dishes are our best sellers and chef specialities requiring craftsmanship and preparation time to ensure the best customer experience. However, we had served you special desserts prepared from our kitchen as part of your request to provide some discount. We have worked with Fork to mark Bengali delicacies under Special Category and hence it would be excluded from 50% discount. Thank you and we would love to serve you again!
