6.5/10Service was very proffecional and welcoming. The place itself is in a beautiful hotel (St Regis) in a historical building, not far away from historical attractions and still less busy, which was nice. The dining hall was festive ( all happening just after Christmas and NY) and gorgeous. Also we highly appreciate the presentation of the dishes ( we took one testing menu and some a la cart. The taste of the food was simplier than we would expect however: A bit dry for our taste chiken and fish. Desert was good. Also, music was laud from time to time. So the overall feeling was that for the price we paid there could be better options in Florence.

9/10A poshy restaurant located inside St. Regis Hotel takes you back to 16th Century. Service was very professional and everyone was very helpful. Food was quite good; fresh, but not exceptional. It opens early for dinner so this might be a good spot to grab a pre-concert A la Carte.

10/10A really elegant dining experience with fantastic Italian cuisine! Loved everything about it (great choice of cocktails, nibbles (go for the olives!!!), the bread, olive oil and balsamic, and wines ……) - a truly memorable experience!

10/10We went here for a dinner during our honeymoon and it was hands down the best dining experience of our whole honeymoon (or maybe our lives). They knew it was our honeymoon and treated us like the stars of the night, giving us the best corner seat that was covered in heart cutouts. Our server (also the sommelier) was *unbelievable* and even brought us a few extra goodies to improve our night. Lastly, the food and wine were out of this world and there was a pianist playing all night. Our dinner ended up being 4 hours long and was beyond perfect!

5.5/10The food was ok, I’ve had better. Nothing was outstanding. The service was stuffy; the waiters were a little too attentive and a little annoying. At one point we managed to catch one of the waiters throw his note book at college. Awkward! The room was beautiful but the food was simply good but I expected better. Also there were not many options on the menu. I’m a musician and appreciate music but the piano was too loud and repetitive.

10/10The Winter Garden is absolutely beautiful. To accompany that beauty, the staff is professional, efficient and know exactly what to do. The food is modern with ties to traditional Tuscan dishes, but mostly it is delicious. The wine list has a nice variety of wines by the glass and a good selection of bottles to pair with the food. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be back.

6.5/10Very loud untuneful piano playing throughout the meal. Half the restaurant is a lounge for the hotel so very noisy. Though the food and service are good I wouldn’t recommend eating here. I felt so uncomfortable I left before having a dessert.

6.5/10I was underwhelmed by the choices on the menu. While what I had was very good, it wasn’t as good as I expected it to be. I had much better meals in Florence for much less cost. Hotel is beautiful but I would skip the dinner here. Just have a drink at the bar and eat elsewhere.

10/10Beautiful place with really wonderful food and very attentive staff. The Paccheri with astice and lime were of outstanding quality, the Guancetta di vitella perfectly cooked and with lovely side dishes. The birthday cake had been prepared and served with loving care. A memorable evening! I can highly recommend!

10/10The food was perfect and the room and atmosphere were gorgeous. The bar menu - with an almost overwhelming number of choices - us something for everyone. The room itself with the art; furnishings and opulent detail was almost impossible to absorb as real. The service was friendly and accommodating. I don’t know whether it’s always been this way - or it’s COVID influenced service - but the experience was exceptional

8.5/10Good atmosphere and beautiful decor inside the building. Good wine recommendations to the food. The courses were never presented or commentated by the staff. The menu had no connection to Toscany, and could be served all over the world.

2/10The uncooked lobster topped on the spaghetti. -it was weird food. The toughest cod food ever. The starter and the desert was below normal. Some serving staff making noise. From my point of view, it is not an one star michelin restaurent.
