Found out after I booked that the kitchen was being renovated and there would be a reduced menu. That seemed okay, but the service was rushed, the dishes served were average at best, and the piano player was really not good. We tried to laugh about it all but it was an expensive fail. I would have booked somewhere else if I had known.

Wauv what an experience. Excellent service, perfect interior, the best food. And on top of it all a genuine piano player. We Can realt recommend this restaurant.

The service was good, the place is wonderfull, but the meals and drinks were really expensive for what you got. It was not gastronomics meals for me.

Service was very proffecional and welcoming. The place itself is in a beautiful hotel (St Regis) in a historical building, not far away from historical attractions and still less busy, which was nice. The dining hall was festive ( all happening just after Christmas and NY) and gorgeous. Also we highly appreciate the presentation of the dishes ( we took one testing menu and some a la cart. The taste of the food was simplier than we would expect however: A bit dry for our taste chiken and fish. Desert was good. Also, music was laud from time to time. So the overall feeling was that for the price we paid there could be better options in Florence.

An amazingly special place for our Christmas 2022 lunch. Food was excellent. Servers a bit rushed but did a very nice job. I highly recommend!

The location is terrific and amazing! The quality of the food is very high. The service and the waitresses are excellence and the service as well. I highly recommended this restaurant.

A poshy restaurant located inside St. Regis Hotel takes you back to 16th Century. Service was very professional and everyone was very helpful. Food was quite good; fresh, but not exceptional. It opens early for dinner so this might be a good spot to grab a pre-concert A la Carte.

A really elegant dining experience with fantastic Italian cuisine! Loved everything about it (great choice of cocktails, nibbles (go for the olives!!!), the bread, olive oil and balsamic, and wines ……) - a truly memorable experience!

This restaurant was amazing!!!! The service was exemplary. The food was fabulous. We really loved every course. Our cocktails were fun and flirty. Will def return.

No Som — waiter was rude — lack of understating of the menu. Food was very good. Free chef creations. I feel like the chefs are world class but the front end staff are struggling

The service were top notch and the staff made us feel very welcome and were very attentive. We experienced the ambiance as amazing, live music from piano made it extra. We highly recommend the restaurant!
