10/10The taste is something else. Nobody does the Tres Leches like here. The Civeche was very nice. Tuna Taco was amazing. I will return with my sone next time.

7/10I love Gaston Acurio but this restaurant is overpriced. It is tasty but to me... not worth it. Normal lunch for 70 EUR per pax in BCN... that is not competitive for a city with such great restaurants below 50 EUR per pax.

7.5/10For a Peruvian to review a Peruvian's restaurant outside of Peru is hard because how do you make a fair comparison? With Lima or outside of Peru? 1) Flavors: ceviche trio was ok. Chicken causa was a just ok. Fried yellow potatoes were very good. Rice with duck and lomo saltado were very good. Tres leches was ok (lacked a little sugar) and chocolate cake was good. Pisco sour was ok (lacked a little sugar and not tarty enough). 2) Ambiance: Nothing fancy. Music was a little loud. 3) Service: Good and friendly 4) Prices: These are Miami/NYC/Washington DC prices. I would return for the main courses, not for the appetizers.

7.5/10Yesterday in the restaurant an unpleasant incident happened: the waiter, while bringing drinks, accidentally spilled beer on me. Such things can happen, but what surprised me the most was the restaurant’s reaction — they only removed one dish from the bill (the one the beer spilled into), but the beer itself remained charged. I often came to this restaurant, but after this experience I no longer feel valued as a guest. There was no apology from the manager, no offer to compensate for the damaged clothes, and no complimentary gesture. For a place of this level, it shows a poor standard of service and lack of care for loyal customers. The food and atmosphere can be pleasant, but the way they handled this situation left me disappointed, and in the future I will consider other restaurants.

10/10Yakumanka offers an authentic Peruvian dining experience with fresh flavors, vibrant dishes, and a warm atmosphere. The ceviche is outstanding and the service is excellent — highly recommended!

+1We had been here 2 years ago and we made an effort to visit this time around. The food never disappoints; however, it is abundantly clear that smiling, kindness, and willingness to serve is not in most of the ladies working there. We left satisfied with the food but saddened by the experience. Will consider carefully returning to this place.

8/10Prices are high for what it is: nothing special about decoration or any luxe, and portions are smaller than expected. Service is amazing and food is tasty but again, small portions that don't match the prices.

Food was amazing !! Just what I was expecting ! Good portions. the Meloso de Pato ( arroz con Pato or Peruvian Duck Risotto ) and Lomo Saltado ( Sirloin Stir Fried. ) were to die for.

very disappointed, I went with my partner as I wanted him to try preuvian food... the Lomo Saltado was so salty, and the meat was dry. the ceviche was also a disappointment, as it lacked its characteristic flavor and was rather plain. wouldn't come back or recommend it.

10/10It’s always a great surprise to come across one of Mr. Acurio’s restaurants. We started with two pisco sours—lime and cucumber-basil—followed by arroz meloso with duck and seafood, both truly delicious. Just one note: we also ordered “papas a la francesa” as listed on the menu, but what we got were fried potato chunks. The English translation seems a bit misleading since “French fries” usually refers to long, thin sticks, not potato pieces. Aside from that, we left with a great impression.
