Great food, perfect staff! This fine dining restaurant is located inside the Aethos Hotel. Special dishes, you can easily feel the personal touch of the chef. Althought' the choice for vegetarians not so rich, but the staff was so nice and attentive to details, so they proposed apropriate dishes. Cosy modern decore, great atmosthere. We stayed in the Aethos Hotel, so we had a breakfast at the restaurant and it was perfect as well. Definetly one of the hidden gems in Milan. Enjoy!

Zaia is a fantastic combination of elegance, wonderful flavor, and a welcoming ambience that does not take itself too seriously. We will definitely be back for the autumn meal and the lovely bar. Gianluca in particular was great.

This was an amazing fine dining experience and a voyage of different flavors. Worth a visit! Food was clean, absolutely delicious, and extremely friendly staff. Would come back again.
