8/10We like this place for a quick bite. The people who work there are very nice and helpful including the sushi chef even when it is very busy. We've learned how to order after a few visits so then it isn't too expensive. But if you are seduced and a big eater your bill will reflect this. Granted, it isn't Okura but the fish is fresh and there's enough variety including hot dishes. .

5/10Price/ quality clearly disappointing. Has become way too expensive for the quality they offer. Product offering not impressive either. Too much basic stuff which in itself is fine if the food would be good.

7.5/10Really nice choice of warm dishes and sushi. The price gets high very quickly though! In the end we paid 50 euros a person for having eaten just enough.

4.5/10The restaurant has a very bad sound level, bad acustic. Not so much variation in the Sushi, most of is was somehow filled with creamcheese. And all pieces was a kind of roll

7.5/10The experience about picking up the food from a moving belt was nice. Other than the bar chairs, they have tables for groups of 4 or 6, which is also nice. However, food was nothing extraordinary. At the end of the dinner, we thought we paid too much for we had.

9/10Sushi-train restaurant in the heart of Amsterdam - brought back nice memories from a trip to Japan! Some of the dishes are quite expensive compared to other sushi restaurants, but a nice experience for a special occasion.

5/10Restaurant was almost empty all night and offered sushi on the belt tasted dry as most probably no longer fresh due low circulation. Only the additional ordered sushi which was created on the spot was tasteful. Service is ok , we paid around 20€ per person

8/10The food was yummy. Apart from sushi they had sashimi, tempura, yakitori etc. The sushi was very yummy especially the tuna one with purple sprinkles on top. The service was good. The wine was so so but I guess it's not the sort of place where they would have good wine.

10/10High quality food and ingredients. There are 2 options: the dishes on the conveyor belt and sushi prepared by the chef. We opted for the latter and enjoyed very freshly served plates. We asked for the special and the raw salmon was simply delicious. It melted in the mouth. Prices are absolutely aligned with Amsterdam average. The chef is very kind and really creates a great experience. I definitely recommend it!

6/10The conveyor belt is cool, but the price-quality of the food is mediocre. The sushi has definitely been adapted to the Dutch and/or tourist taste. Seating is rather limited, but service is pleasant.

8/10Nice atmosphere and a interessant concept. Unfortunatly we were the whole time calculating the cost of each plate instead enjoying the food. Ingredients are fresh and there are some nice combinations. We ordered something extra from the card but it never came... Then we leave the restaurant...

7/10Quality of the fish was OK however most of the nigiri were breaking into pieces as rice wasn’t very sticky and pieces were actually quite big. Price with The Fork is OK, otherwise rather expensive. The seat were quite uncomfortable as they are very close to each other and to nearby tables. Overall I’d recommend it with the fork special offer.

10/10El restaurante es muy creativo y bueno! Cocinero de primera y el dueno una persona fantastica. We have lost our computar just in front of the restaurant. Somebody gave to the owner, he does not notice the computer was ours, he open it, was looking to find some telephone to call, he found the picture of my colleague and he bring the computer to our table!!!! We even did not notice we lost the computer in the street from our lagguage! Incredible, chapo!!!! Que vaya todo muy bien!!!

8.5/10The amount of places in Amsterdam where sushi isnt all-you-can-eat isnt that big. This pkace has gpt nice sushi and japanese food to offer, also i like seeing what im gping to put in my mouth before i actually will, and the food tasted very fresh. The food was very good, interesting sushi-fillings. I will surely be back!

9/10Really great fresh sushi, spicy chicken and spinach cream cheese amazing explosion of flavours. Only cook disappeared for at least 15 minutes so during that these items were not available. After he came back it took another 5-10 minutes to prepare those items. With appropriate statistics applied this should not be necessary to have items missing for such a long time.

7.5/10The sushi is very tasty and good, the atmosphere itself could be improve. The fact that the facade is under renovations is quite a low point but not their fault!
