The ambiance at the Agriturismo was lovely — a nice view, very welcoming, tea lights hung all around. We had an early reservation (7:30pm) and, unfortunately, after we’d been given the QR code for tue menu, we were then ignored for the next 25 minutes or so. I realize the kitchen may not have been ready, which isn’t a problem, but it would have been nice to at least get our drinks ordered. The menu is small and discreet. Their specialty “spezzatino picchiapo’” was delicious. However, once again, the service was lacking with the first course, as we ordered the amatriciana without cheese, confirmed the special order twice, and the plates arrived with a large amount of cheese on top. No apology or acknowledgment of the mistake from the waiter who took our order. Just a few improvements to the service would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Good evening, Madam, we're very sorry about what happened regarding the service provided by our waiters. As you may have noticed, they are very young people whom we are trying to train, especially in customer service. However, as you've seen, we still have a long way to go, but we will continue to work with tenacity and conviction.
