10/10We have dined at Altromondo often over the years as we are residents in Perugia and are always pleased with the quality of the food, service and welcoming environment. Highly recommend this restaurant and try the ossobuco, spigola, asparagi Bismark . Delicious!

10/10welcome from the start. evocative vaulted dining room. delicious food, reasonable prices, good menu selection. truffle specials: puff pastry with spinach pecorino and truffles, eggplant rolatini, gnocchi with truffles, tortelli with ricotta and ham. vino rosso Della casa 14E. all very good. great waitstaff. loved it!

10/10Excellent Umbrian food. Wonderful attentive service. We were welcomed by owner Claudio. The restaurant's ambience is amazing with ancient vaulted ceilings. Beautiful ecperience.

2.5/10From the moment we arrived, we felt hurried. We were seated and given menus very quickly. My wife excused herself to the bathroom right away. While she was gone, and while I was perusing the menu, a waitress came and served each of us a complimentary bean dish. Now I am alone at the table, trying to look at my menu, without setting it into the bean dish. Soon after my wife returned, and before she had looked at her menu, and trying to keep it out of the bean dish, a waitress appeared and wanted to take our order. We told her we had not yet reviewed the menu. She seemed somewhat perturbed, but agreed to come back. She returned just a few minutes later. My wife was ready to order, but I was not. I asked for her to come back again, and this time she seemed rather put out. After placing our orders, our food arrived too quickly to have been prepared fresh, and it had likely been sitting around for a while. My wife found hers to be unpalatable and sent it back. This diner was a bust.

9/10Loved the parpardelle al cinghiale. And the suppli (arancini) appetizer was delicious too. Don't make a lunch reservation later than 1:30 to avoid being rushed.
