The antipasti all involved bread. We asked for olives instead and they didn’t have any. They gave us olive oil and bread and then kindly brought some beans in tomato on the house. The menu is very long, presumably to cater for different nationalities. We especially liked the roast squash and home made chips. The deserts were excellent. The service was good by individuals but we were served by four different people during the meal.

We have dined at Altromondo often over the years as we are residents in Perugia and are always pleased with the quality of the food, service and welcoming environment. Highly recommend this restaurant and try the ossobuco, spigola, asparagi Bismark . Delicious!

welcome from the start. evocative vaulted dining room. delicious food, reasonable prices, good menu selection. truffle specials: puff pastry with spinach pecorino and truffles, eggplant rolatini, gnocchi with truffles, tortelli with ricotta and ham. vino rosso Della casa 14E. all very good. great waitstaff. loved it!

Excellent Umbrian food. Wonderful attentive service. We were welcomed by owner Claudio. The restaurant's ambience is amazing with ancient vaulted ceilings. Beautiful ecperience.
