On a quiet side street away from the din and noise of the central square, you'll find Ammàri Racconti. The service is excellent and the food creative. If you want fresh fish in a nice setting this is the place for you. My wife and I shared the cold fish plate which was a creative take off on the charcuterie board available everywhere. The difference was raw fish made to look like sausages, speck and prosciutto. The other appetizer was deep fried cod meatballs; both delicious. The primo of Cacio Pepe with m however failed to impress. The pasta was plentiful and tasty but the mussels seemed to be competing withe the rest of the dish. Amari is easily a "5" if not for this.

Wonderful restaurant! We went back three times and plan to return. Fresh ingredients made with a flare that is incredible. Best restaurant in Favignana.
