From the moment we arrived to the restaurant, we loved the decor and the ambience in the space. The food and service were 5 star. Highly suggest the chef's menu with wine pairing. Everything was excellent.

10/10We had a surprise tasting of 7 courses, that were more like 10. It was absolutely amazing, the flavor profile of every bite was as surprising as it was divine. The fact that chef Pascal uses as little salt as possible, just blew my mind. I forgot that there were Asian influences in their style and it was magical. Can't wait to return. Superb!

10/10Nice Lunch with good services. After lunch talked with Chef, nice to know he has been to Hong Kong. All the dishes are worth and delicious. hope you also enjoy it.

+4Food, service, and ambiance. The servers were extremely attentive and seemed experienced. They paid attention to detail and the teamwork for service was seamlessly executed without verbal communication. They food of chef Barbot is always memorable and the seasonal dishes that are unique each visit make this a special dining experience.

5.5/10Some members of the staff were excellent, while others seemed disinterested. I was especially shocked at the fact that one of the dishes came with obvious problems during delivery to the table, and yet they did not acknowledge nor apologize. This is not Michelin star level service, let alone just good, standard practice. Absolutely disappointing and I've had better food presentation and service at a regular bistro.

10/10A delicious and unusual lunch, with the restaurants, usual surprise combination of dishes. All the food was exquisite, and beautifully presented. This restaurant definitely deserves three Michelin stars it had prior to its closure. It reopened five weeks ago.
