The second we walked into the hotel. I felt very taken care of. We got into the elevator to the restaurant . The restaurant has a great energy our waiter was fantastic. Always checking in on us and the food was absolutely delicious. I would 100% come back to this restaurant and looking forward to it..

The setting is undeniably beautiful, with impressive views that immediately set high expectations. Service was excellent throughout—attentive, polished, and well-paced. Some dishes stood out: the edamame was unexpectedly refined, the hotate nigiri clean and elegant, and the black cod rich and very enjoyable. However, the experience lost momentum as the meal progressed. The rolls felt conventional for this level, and the fish carpaccio, while pleasant, was sliced so thin it lacked substance. The smoked sturgeon, in my personal taste, overwhelmed the meal rather than enhancing it. At €250 for two, the value simply did not align with the experience. In this price range, I expect moments of true distinction. With several nearby sushi restaurants delivering more memorable cuisine at significantly lower prices, this meal felt more acceptable than exceptional. A beautiful room and strong service, but for me, not the “wow” a luxury price point demands.
