9.5/10Original and tasty food in a nice, unpretentious atmosphere. Our table was on the hallway from the entrance. The only place you feel a bit “excluded”. I’ d ask for a different one next time

8/10The good thing is that the food is good, almost very good. But the rest leaves me to consider: the staff could be much more nicer, smile more, paying more attention to customers. And with an almost empty restaurant restricted us to small tables just because we were just 2 when the shift was ending (only 2 more people arrived after us and they did the same) doesn't make sense to me. The decoration was nice but nothing special.

6.5/10Lovely lively ambience and the food was nice. But the service was awful. We waited a long time for a menu, for drinks and even longer for our food. The waiter actually came over to us and offered us a menu (again) when we’d been sat there for over an hour!! We told him we hadn’t had our food yet that we’d already ordered.

7.5/10The food was delicious. We ordered the Pri Pri chicken, Black portk, samosa, & a port cocktail. It was all very good. However, the service was poor. We were one of the first guests that evening, yet were got served way after other guests. The ambiance was nice, but the acoustics were loud. It was difficult to have a conversation.

Dear Mrs Olga! Thanks for being in our restaurant and for enjoying our food. Your meal was served after because you had starters,cand there is s sequence when serving the mais. The ones who were served first didn't have. Normally the sound of the music is not loud, and in that casr you should have told us. For sure we would do our best to help you. Feel free to come back!

8/10Dinner went well, service and food. But the general manager was rude after we asked her to help charge a phone. Not the right attitude after you pay her 240 euros… disappointing and inappropriate….

You must explain why she was rude. You entered in a private area and that is not allowed for customers. Besides your mobile had been charging before and it didn't work. On the seconde time you asked to charge again it didn't work also and she asked you if you wanted to keep trying and your rudeness was "no thanks give it back". Thanks for being in our restaurant, at least you enjoyed the meal and we are waiting for your visit again.

4/10There were two levels of service. Ours was curt and indifferent, could be as a result if your hotel made the reservation or not. Had to politely ask for our entrees after an hour.. all of our other dining experiences in Portugal were great but this one. We would skip it.

4/10The payoff for the restaurant is “food that speaks Portuguese”. The food is nice, but why on Earth does the waiter insist on speaking English when we continue to speak to her in Portuguese, when she is fluent in Portuguese? The service was annoying and did not give us the Portuguese experience we were looking for.
