Very disappointing New Year’s Eve experience. Despite being asked to arrive at 7pm, no food was served until nearly 8pm, and the dinner dragged on until after midnight, which was especially difficult with kids. Extremely long gaps between dishes (over an hour), very small portions, and slow service overall. Wine service was poorly managed, with white wine served warm and no ice available. The NYE celebration felt unorganized and underwhelming, with no champagne provided to many tables. While the price itself seemed fair for the menu and occasion, the overall experience was poor and not worth the cost.

The food was not bad but wqs not worth the price (89 Euros per person). Given it was Christmas you could expect prices to be up there but in this case it was overpriced given the quality. Service was very good, just the quality of the food and the ambiance were lacking (again consodering the price).
