9.5/10Great dinner with good friends. All courses very well presented and and every dish enjoyed by all guests. Difficult to make any specific recommendation as both meat and fish dishes were of equal quality. Leave room for desserts!.

6.5/10Customer service needs improvement: The waiter made a mistake with the credit card, and charged 200CHF plus. He offered a solution that was not fully satisfactory for us. When we were leaving, the person responsible of the restaurant service (Emilie I think) accused us to request the waiter to pay 30CHF of our bill, which was false, as it was the waiter who offered to do it, and at the end we left the 30CHF on the table. She accused us without having the real information. This is not the way we expect a customer to be treated and we are very disappointed.

Le travail d'un restaurateur n'est pas que de faire de la cuisine ou du service, c'est aussi de "protéger" nos employés. Mon serveur était choqué de votre réaction suite a son erreur, il m'a donné sa version des faits , j'ai trouvé cela exagéré de votre part et je me suis permis de vous dire que vous n'aviez pas été sympa avec lui .. Mis à part hurler, gribouiller dans le livre d'or et claquer fortement la porte vous n'avez pas essayé de discuter. Votre comportement n'est pas tolérable dans notre établissement, le respect doit aller dans les deux sens... il y aurait eu d'autres moyens de s'arranger.
