Tried the game since it is in season and got a very disappointing piece of deer (a bit dry, very unspectacular taste). Wine selection is strong and the location is beautiful as well.

The good was excellent, however, the waiter (the oldest) was disastrous and unpleasant! He spoiled part of the meal and could tarnish the reputation of your beautiful establishment and its cuisine! On the other hand, the waitresses were very pleasant and competent, as always.

The room has been designed to make the most of the beautiful view of the saleve. The food was stunning to look at and to taste. The lunchtime menu was very good value and the service was friendly. I will be coming back.
