The food was well prepared, and the local specialties were tasty. However, the service and level of staff coordination fell below our expectations. Two different waitresses asked for our wine selection, resulting in the same wine being served twice. This mishap could have been easily avoided with better coordination and communication among the staff. A waitress inadvertently spilled water on the hand of our guests but no apology/comment was made. All in all small mishaps, but they did detract from the otherwise pleasant experience.

Family owned and run restaurant. It is a cute place with Alsacien atmosphere and food. We were grateful to be able to find a table in the busy restaurant on 26 Dec due to the holidays. The food was comforting.

Service was very slow, half an hour to get the menu (after asking multiple times) More than one hour and a half to get the food, which was cold. No soap or paper towels in the bathroom neither.
