They have an extensive wine list. The pasta was the best I have had this trip. A simple homemade pasta with a yellow tomato sand saffron sauce topped with red shrimp. We had the beef medallions as a main course which came with purple carrots, grilled fennel and roasted potatoes. The entire meal was excellent.

Pasta with prawns and saffron is truly incredible. Unique blend of sweetness and acidity in the souce. it worth to be on the menu of a micheline star restaurant. If you like a ceviche style prawns and saffron i would rally recommend it. Starter portion was quite small but also delicious: a combination of fish, sauce and red caviar makes a symphony in your mouth.

Small restaurant that packs a punch. Very interesting menu, the food is tasty as is the wine menu. Staff are lovely and the place has a very cool Winston Churchill vibe going on

We are in town for a few days and noticed Benda while walking by. We did research and made a reservation for this evening. We had only a few dishes, but each was excellent. The Vitello tonnato was wonderful. Moist, chilled veal and a subtle tuna sauce with dabs of their red onion jam was as good (but better) than any we have had in the region. The cold spaghetti with raw tuna was well prepared with fresh tuna and Al dente spaghetti, with a fresh soy-tinged sauce. Our favorite was the risotto, with curly shaved truffle covering the top of a subtly cheesy Arborio. A glass of Amoroso was perfect for this. And it’s a beautiful room, with wood paneling and dark green finishes, a relaxing place to duck into off the street. Enjoy.

We absolutely love this gem of a restaurant. Food was exquisite, ambience was on point, service amazing. The art, decor, detail is everything. Will be booking again when I’m next in Verona.

The meal was superb as was the wine. The menu is not long but every course was excellent. Our beetrout gnocchi and the venison pasta were first rate, as was the advice on which wines to drink.

An amazing wine/food emporium. We strongly recommend asking the owner to pair wines (by the glass) with the food - both of you will enjoy the experience. A wonderful meal.

Wonderful experience ! Knowledgeable staff and Fabulous food

Just a faultless meal from start to finish. A stylish place (though I sat outside), convivial staff, a playful and interesting menu retaining plenty of Italian authenticity. Every dish was immaculately presented, cooked wonderfully, not stingy on portions, full of surprising and interesting flavours and textures. 3 courses with a glass of wine, coffee and water for €59 seemed excellent value for the standard of cuisine.
