The wine, food, and service was great. We are trying to learn more about Valpolicella wines, and the one recommended was excellent, the Domini Veneti Classico Superior. We shared some outstanding gnocchi, my wife had squid ink pasta, and I had the pork cheeks, all delicious.

We had a fantastic dining experience at La Vecia Mescola in Verona. The food was excellent—both the beef and pork cheeks with polenta were perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and incredibly tender. We finished with a delicious tiramisu that was the perfect way to end the meal. Beyond the great food, the ambiance was warm and inviting, making for a truly enjoyable evening. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Adrian, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He even treated us to a digestive at the end, which was a lovely touch. Overall, a great spot for an authentic and high-quality meal in Verona. Highly recommend!
