This is a tranditional restaurant with good service and good food. I did not like the ambience as it was too clustered and got really loud inside the thick walled room. The food was exactly as promised : traditional fare. What I enjoyed the most was the lasagna. We ordered the red wine risotto, special to verona and it was delicious too. A good place for traditional italian food.

We thoroughly enjoyed this traditional restaurant serving local food including dishes prepared with donkey and horse meat. Don’t be put off. The pappardelle with horse ragu was excellent. The service was courteous and friendly and even though there were many locals dining, we were made to feel welcome. Excellent wine list majoring in wines from the Veneto at accessible prices. We would happily go back if we ate in Verona again.

We got recommended this restaurant in Verona with a nice and charming decoration but honestly we will not go back ever again! We have been waiting 25 minutes to get the menu card and a bottle of water and just only after we nicely asked! After 15 minutes we got our starter and then nobody did take care of us for 1h30! Maybe it’s cause this was the second service but staff and kitchen was not capable to take care of 5-7 tables. We decided finally to leave after 2 hours without getting our food! Thanks god we had our wine ! 50 Eur for a bottle of water 2 glasses of wine, bred (10 Eur for the coperto) and a small octopus salad! I recommend to the owner to check out on the staff but more carefully on the waiter running the restaurant! I would definitely not recommend this restaurant Gianluca

The waiters gave us appetisers we didn’t order and we had to pay for it and in one plate we found hair which was disgusting. They didn’t understand what was going on with the app and we had to pay twice.

We are here with our large family group of 12 (9 adults and 3 kids). The staff were awesome and patient with our little ones, the restaurant was beautiful, and the food was amazing. Would eat here over and over again. Couldn’t recommend more will be saving this one to return to next time we are in Verona.
