9.5/10The menu was only fixed complete, and the suggestion should be to have also some small portion as an option. The fixed menu was unbelievable very good, but we eat a lot. Never the less thanks for the Chef for the experience.

10/10An experience more than a dinner. Chef Nicola welcomed us at the door and kindly seated us at the table. We felt special the entire night and the we are still talking about the food a couple of hours after getting out. More than reccomended!

10/10Different people from abroad they suggest me to try this restaurant in Torino. I was in Milan and then I decide to take the train and visit the restaurant. I can say amazing experience. The place is so warm and welcome, all the staff very kind, and food super tasty. A lot of small tapas before I got the menu I choose. Unforgettable bread.What I will remember is the clear taste of all the dishes. I spend more than two hours and I really enjoy this time. I took a desert with strawberry very fresh and innovative. Really big surprise how they serve the coffee. Great wine paring. Thank you

9.5/10Really surprising and innovative cuisine, even though we opted for the traditional menu for our diner. Plenty greetings from thr kitchen showed how innovative and surprising cooking can (and should) be. Final sentence on the wine card ????????????: grazie mille Chef for the excellent La Spinetta from your personal reserve that you sacrificed for us ????????????????. Great place, first time there but definitely not the last time. ????

8/10We were received by an enthusiastic waiter and the chef himself who helped us to compile a Piedmontese surprise menu and choose a good Barolo to go with it. Food was great with an original twist , excelled cheese buffet and dessert to finish the evening

LO CHEF - Nicola Batavia, noto chef anche televisivo, ha aperto più sedi in diverse cittè internazionali, ma il Birichin resta il suo luogo del cuore da 26anni. Esperto e disponibile ad una chiaccherata, intreccia esperienza, passione ed amore per la genuinità alimentare e la buona cucina, soprattutto tradizionale. Oltre a offrirvi piatti tipici di carne e di pesce con una sensibilità alle verdure, il ristorante Birichin, propone una vasta tipologia di pasta fresca, preparata con dedizione dalla madre dello chef, come tradizione vuole.
