10/10Had lunch at Des Arts for no other reason than it was there when we walked by at the right time. It was so good that we went back 2 days later for dinner and the owner remembered us and treated us like long lost friends. Terrific food, friendly attentive staff, lovely location, reasonably priced, and interesting/very tasty wine recommendations. All in all it was our favorite meal in Lucca

9/10Wonderfully cozy little environment - great for a cocktail and some warming food on a rainy night. Excellent service-. Pici Cacio e Pepe and the Rubellita were the stand outs for us that evening. We will go back again.

5/10Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. A car drove by our table as we were eating hitting my wife’s chair. The car then returned and hit our table! Unbelievable. Whilst this was out of the control of the restaurant staff they didn’t seem bothered at all or concerned for our safety. I spoke to the manager when we were leaving and he was less than helpful. We didn’t even get as much as a coffee taken off our bill.

8.5/10Intimate bistro experience. Limited menu but all the food we had was high quality Italian regional food. The antipasto was generous, the pasta and risotto very good and the wines good. Quite good value.

10/10Absolutely loved our meal here, we were served by Lucas who went above and beyond to give excellent service and was super friendly. His wine recommendation was great and we both really enjoyed our pasta dishes. Would definitely come back :)
