We ordered the 6 course tasting menu, but have been served more than 9 courses and 2 bread servings, all delicious. The courses were all surprising, original, very tasty. The wine pairing was excellent. The waiters were permanently trying hard to please us, to explain the ingredients, the wines etc, but very humble at the same time. The only recommendation I would make to the restaurant owner is to replace the chairs with larger ones, the actual ones having a very short seat and being stressful if you, as a tall person, are sitting there for 3 hours.

We were overall pleased with the experience but we found one small fish bone in the fish, so we complained and got ourselves a replacement dish of our liking.
