Exquisite food with leisurely dining. They were willing to make a non fish based dish without any problem. Excellent wine, excellent coffee. Just make sure you understand Italian enough - crudo really means raw, even with fish :)

Great place for a wonderful meal. The cook is really surprising, wonderful mise en place and even better taste. If you’re in Trento you must eat at Borgo Nuovo.
