6/10At first, it was okay; the primi was good and was served 15 minutes after we ordered. The second meat plate took them more than an hour to be served, even after we checked with the server two to three times. My order was okay, but my wife's order was unacceptable. Even though my wife made sure to tell the server that she wanted a medium-well-cooked steak, the meat she received was rare and bloody, with no condiments whatsoever. We had to return it to be recooked.

La finestra temporale del vostro tavolo è stata aperta e chiusa in un ora totale. Considerando che avete mangiato primo, secondo e contorno (di domenica con il locale strapieno) mi sembra un tempo adeguato per un ristorante…la cottura si è vero era sbagliata perché avete sbraitato talmente tanto che il cameriere ha deciso di fare uscire la carne anche se non era della cottura che avevate chiesto… solo per mandarvi via perché stavate disturbando chi si stava godendo il pranzo della domenica! Il ristorante non è un fast food!!!

10/10Excellent restaurant to eat after a swim in the sea. My family had a great meal and great time together. The service was great and we are surely looking forward to returning again.

10/10+5I booked this restaurant because of the ratings on TheFork. We were staying at the Hilton Rome Airport and wanted something close, within driving distance. It was an easy drive to the restaurant and the location and restaurant did not disappoint. It’s located along the water in the setting of hundreds of sailboats, adjacent to the Rome Yacht Club. The restaurant is fun, but yet elegant in appearance and the dishes we ordered were exceptional, top quality! You would think being by the water they would have fish on the menu but it centered around meats, excellent cuts of beef and pastas. The antipasto of carpaccio and tris tartare were both prepared with high quality grade beef that were absolutely fantastic, the flavors were amazing. The tris tartare consisted of 3 type of tartare, traditional salt and pepper, lime and coconut (amazing) and the third with a beautifully flavored beet cabbage on top. Although they didn’t have their pasta on the menu the night we dined their chef agreed to prepare it for us anyway. I am so happy he did because the pasta primavera and carbonara we had for primi, were both amazing. We ordered a secondi of filet in a Jack Daniel’s whisky sauce and the filet was prepared to perfection. The dessert was a house made deconstructed Napoleon with a salted caramel glaze… mind blowing. Great restaurant with amazing food and excellent service!! Thank you Bosco e Rivera Cantina.
