Like everytime I visit, had a wonderful evening. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The food is great, subtle flavours and an exciting selection of ingredients. Paired wines were really spot on as well. Highly recommend this restaurant.

This was our second visit to Brass and it was just as excellent as we remember it. The service is friendly, the atmosphere stylish, but at the same time cozy. The food is extraordinary and the wine pairing also. We will hopefully be back again, thank you for the lovely evening!

We had a fabulous meal at The Brass. The food was creative, subtle and very fresh. The chef plated it beautifully. The wait staff was friendly and helpful but did not hover. The dining room is well-appointed and informal. The perfect birthday dinner!

Booked after reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. The staff made our visit a great experience from arrival to departure. We chose the 4 course surprise menu and were delighted at the quality and presentation of everything that we received. Will definitely return if visiting the city again

This place has a lot of potential and the food was good, but it has some issues to fix - service quality was mixed (our main waitress was excellent, but others somewhat clueless, with the humourless girl who took the coats as the worst example). Also, it seems the restaurant hasn't quite decided on its identity: are they striving for fine dining, would-be Michelin status, or do they want to be a more informal, chilled place. The chef seems to want the former, the black brigade suggests the latter.... Make up your mind!
