10/10We had a fabulous meal at The Brass. The food was creative, subtle and very fresh. The chef plated it beautifully. The wait staff was friendly and helpful but did not hover. The dining room is well-appointed and informal. The perfect birthday dinner!

10/10Lovely atmosphere and decor, staff very attentive, food was inventive and excellent, wine also delicious, we went for a special occasion and really enjoyed our evening. Thank you very much Brass, we will be back next time we're in Amsterdam!

10/10Booked after reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. The staff made our visit a great experience from arrival to departure. We chose the 4 course surprise menu and were delighted at the quality and presentation of everything that we received. Will definitely return if visiting the city again

7/10This place has a lot of potential and the food was good, but it has some issues to fix - service quality was mixed (our main waitress was excellent, but others somewhat clueless, with the humourless girl who took the coats as the worst example). Also, it seems the restaurant hasn't quite decided on its identity: are they striving for fine dining, would-be Michelin status, or do they want to be a more informal, chilled place. The chef seems to want the former, the black brigade suggests the latter.... Make up your mind!

8.5/10The food was very good. Service was fine. This restaurant is great if you want to eat all evening. We found the three and a half hours a bit long for the five course dinner.

7.5/10A really nice experience with colleague during a business trip. An elegant atmosphere but cosy and not intimidating . Service accurate and presentation of the menu professional. The manager illustrated personally the merits of the wine choice with details and comments. We choose a three courses seafood specialties. Surpising and good! Worth visiting again!

9/10The location is very easy to find and reach by public transportation and even easy to park the car. Service is very good, it is nice to have a bar besides the restaurant so could simply have a drink before/after dinner. Nice atmosphere, very friendly hostess and good knowledge about wine. Good place to go with family, friend, or social occasion
