Still the best chicken in town! I would recommend going here for the food, definitely try it out. You'll be surprised at how well they manage to prepare the chicken (go for the whole/half chicken). Staff is also super friendly.

The food is good, no question. We had a mix grill, chicken sate, and a chicken burger. The mix grill was slightly dry and the quantity left a bit to be desired, but generally it was good. The chicken sate was interesting, with a sweet peanut butter sauce, The chicken burger was a standout - it's tough to get a chicken burger right, but they managed it. The biggest problem for us was the service. He started off friendly, but his attitude changed pretty much the moment we said we don't need any drinks. I asked if I could get their wifi password, to which he said "Yes, we have wifi but you cannot get the password". He also pointed to an empty bottle I had and told me you cannot drink that. To top it off, the restaurant then told TheFork I was a no-show. The good food didn't outweigh the bad service.

De situatie met de wifi en de opmerking over het drinken uit een meegebrachte fles had op een meer vriendelijke manier kunnen worden afgehandeld, en daar bied ik mijn oprechte excuses voor aan. Wat betreft de miscommunicatie met TheFork, willen we dit graag verder onderzoeken om herhaling te voorkomen. We zouden het zeer op prijs stellen als u contact met ons zou willen opnemen, zodat we dit kunnen rechtzetten en mogelijk een oplossing kunnen aanbieden. A very good surprise just beside Utrecht canals in Van Asch van Wijckskade 26. Chicken is simply tasty & tender, music is TOP and service is appropriate. Dish's size is BIG!

That restaurant was understaffed so it took 1.5hrs to get any food. In the end we were given one of the wrong dishes, mistakes happens we got on with it. The food was not very good at all, chicken was very dry and fries were way overdone. The “salad” was literally 3 tiny pieces of a bell pepper and a slice of eggplant very small Portions. Even with the discount this wasn’t worth it and even though the owner was apologetic for the service it didn’t make up for the lack of quality in the food and has made us decide not to return again.

The food is rather simple, but very tasty. We tried grill mix and the chicken was very nicely seasoned. If you like chicken, this is the place to go. Also our waitress was friendly and nice.
