The location, the view: wonderful, great, magical!!! However: the seats outside were cheap and uncomfortable, the food was mediocre, too salt and without the Italian gusto one would expect. The waiter was good at his job, but resorted to theatrics and standard jokes. Too bad for he clearly did a good job. The wine too was good, but that is a bought item. The owner replied to the same review in Google, that no one else had complained so therefor there was no problem… It is true that a review is personal: that is the definition of a review. I hardly ever give a bad review because it is only a moment in time. However: this place has a prime spot and seems to forget it’s about the food and yes: it was mediocre. When have they last changed their menu? So any review should be seen as a chance to improve. Not as just a commend to be ignored because others don’t review… I think his response says a lot of his professionalism at the moment. Hope it will improve for the location is magical!

Personnel was arrogant and not service minded at all. He - manager was focusing on himself. Food was varying. Vitello tomato excellent, whole primi - ravioli was terrible. Probably from microwave. Tastless lacking all freshness. Main course, filet was decent, but addons - kind of ratatouille with thin bread was tastless, dry incomplete. Grilled Calamari was good - fresh but dry. Grilled cabbage was terrible. Dry, bitter and burned. I can not recommend this place. Worst experience dining One week stau in Barolo.

We really enjoyed our lunch. The service was very friendly and efficient. The cuisine was excellent: simple with very good Ingredients. Very nice ambience and plaisant place (in Sommer with an excellent view.
