Beautiful views, let down by very small lamb chops portion and, more importantly, I ordered a £95 t bone steak medium rare. The 1st one came out well done. The manager agreed and cooked another, this one was better, half of steak medium rare, the other side rare. It wasn't rested after cooking, and I didn't get a chance to eat with my wife. No complimentary drinks or discount for their mistake. Very disappointing for a top steak restaurant.

This was the second time in Brunelli’s. We visited 3 years ago first time. Food was good, but this time the service wasn’t. They forgot what kind of potatoes we ordered and we got only one special coffee. We ordered four. They have also the old fashion way to take orders, not a smart phone app at all. That’s why they forget some changes. Brunelli’s still is a very good restaurant and we recommend it.

very nice restaurant good food and great place for meat lover with the special cuts. Service was very good. beside the meet don't expect big size for the starters and side dishes. highly recommended

in restaurant all waiters are running around, however, one has to ask them to refill your wine glasses or bring the menu for dessert etc. This is really bad as the food is so perfect and the scenery in the restaurant is so nice.

The food and atmosphere were fantastic, but the service has a bit to go on. We were not offered water alongside the wine, and it took quite a while for the staff to discover that the wine glasses were empty. Otherwise very pleasant staff.

This was our first visit to the area, and our first meal at Brunelli's. We had seen lots of adverts for the restaurant plus a high ranking on Trip Advisor - we made a reservation with high expectations. Sadly, our expectations were not met and our experience fell well short of enjoyable. The restaurant setting itself was fine, however we found service to be slow and lacking friendliness from most staff that we encountered, sadly. Our main issue though was the food, once it eventually arrived. The fillet steak was incredibly tough, unseasoned and therefore very underwhelming. So much so that we did not complete our meal. The staff had noticed we had left most of our steak, and it's then that the unfriendly service turned almost hostile. We didn't want fuss, just to pay in full and leave. But we were challenged as if should give a full explanation of ourselves. We did, with diplomacy...but clearly the Brunelli's staff arrogantly considered our opinion to be incorrect. A real shame

Setting was very good but that’s about it service was very slow had ordered two drinks after the meal left waiting over 20mins and never received them. I also had ask 4 times for the bill as there were too busy cleaning up and prepping to close or what looked like for the next day. Bad experience and was really looking forward to trying this place.

Service is awful. We waited more than 20 minutes for juice. Personnel isn’t friendly and doesn’t help to get better experience. Menu is ok, tartar was good, but all other - below average. We are not satisfied at all.
