10/10The owner personally took care of us, answered our questions about the menu and wine list and guiding us to wines produced in Castiglione Falletto. He also had fresh Alba white truffles. We selected one with the best aromas and appropriate size from his basket. Everything was perfect.

10/10Excellent service and very high quality of food. Lots of wine selection. Restaurant owner speaks good English. I can’t think of any reason to give less than 10 scores. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

9.5/10Kind and personal welcome- the food is excellent and the view of the surrounding countryside is spectacular. It is great home cooking with wine tasting to boot. Worth the visit.

10/10This little family restaurant and wine shop is hands down the best wine tasting experience ever. You pick your lunch/dinner items from the menu while seated on the patio. Then, the owner takes you to the cellar retail area and pours multiple wines matched to your preferences and brings you a glass of your favorite back up to the patio. The view is fantastic, the food is fantastic, and made with love, and the wine is sublime. Wow is all that I can say!

10/10An absolute treasure in the heart of the Piemonte! Delicious dishes paired with an amazing selection of wines. Jean-Pierre and the staff were gracious with their service and generous with their expertise. A cool rainy day kept us from enjoying the terrace view but the cantina was inviting, comfortable, and surrounded by excellent wines. Will return someday for another wonderful dining and tasting experience.

10/10You cannot find better food, more charming people, nor better vistas in all of the Langhe!!! A hidden treasure. I am sorry to be writing this review because I would hate to see it overwhelmed by clients. But the folks here deserve to be appreciated.

10/10Sometimes, one reads in the papers of dining places which have “real character”. This is legitimately one of them. An underground quasi-cellar, with rows and rows of wine. I arrived half an hour late - and was suitably apologetic. The proprietor waved it away and guided me to his wine table. There is no wine list - only wine tasting. Pick what you like and have a glass. Of the Langhe Nebbiolos, the proprietor’s own is best. Only 3000 bottles made, so try it here or bust. The food is rustic Piedmontese, for sure, but when you can look the maker in the eye as he explains the local area, how it has changed, and how he has made it, only the most hard hearted of diners could resist. This place is a real treat.

10/10Outdoor seating on a nice patio overlooking several hills of vines. My meal was excellent, especially the beef which was cooked perfectly. When I asked for a glass of Barolo, she brought out 2 for me pick from.... I thought that was very thoughtful. Unfortunately I didn't have time but it also looked like a great place to organize a wine tasting.

10/10Small place and huge professionalism. Very tasty traditional food of Piedmont. Wine choice is exceptional - there is no wine list. You taste and choose what you like. Will be definitely looking for opportunity to come back!

10/10What a sweet spot in a beautiful little town with amazing views! We were looking for this exact setting and quality for our introduction to the area and it did not disappoint. We were late after getting a little lost- don’t give up! - but they could not have been more welcoming. Food, wine and service. Try their Chardonnay blend, Favorita, vegetarian ravioli and pasta w black truffles.

10/10A great cantina comunal e with kitchen service. The best homemade “plin alle verdure con burro e salvia” in Piemonte, so far. Service was impeccable, 5 star staff and a wide choice of wines. Great counselling from the patient staff. Lovey terrace and possibility of either a full meal of snacks and appetizers.
