A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Collina Verde Bistrot for an unforgettable experience. We had the best fresh, handmade gelato we've ever tasted—truly a revelation. And what can we say about the battuta di Fassona? The meat was incredibly tender and bursting with rich, refined flavor. The wine list was equally impressive, offering an exceptional selection that paired beautifully with our meal. Every detail was sublime, from the presentation to the ambiance. What truly elevated our visit, however, was the genuine care and thoughtfulness shown toward my partner’s visual impairment. The team went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and welcome, with such kindness that it warmed our hearts. This is more than just a restaurant—it's a place run by generous, soulful people who clearly love what they do. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

So much truffle! The owner is a truffle hunter himself so the middle man is skipped. This means loads of truffle at very reasonable prices. Great pasta, friendly service, large selection of local wines and other products. My only suggestion to them is more ambient lighting.
