What a wonderful way to start our time in Tuscany. Drove in from Rome to our Agriturismo and our host suggested a few places, Carpe Diem was one of the top. It did not disappoint. Our family enjoyed many drinks and dishes from our wonderful server while we watched the sun set. It was perfect. The only downside was we dined on a Sunday, so we were the only ones there but it didn’t matter to us. Grazie Mille.

What a magnificent dinner! Kudos to new owners Eleonora and Ancer Flores who have made this such a warm and hospitable restaurant. The food is terrific! I’ve taken many visitors there who have raved about it! You will love it!
