10/10Already upon my arrival, the maitre immediately and proactively acknowledged TheFork offer specific to my booking and walked the extra mile to make me feel welcome: I changed my mind 3 times about which table / area to take and he gracefully went along with my changes, and also immediately provided me with tap water - very rare in Belgium - and even apple cider vinegar for me to drink my counter-glucose spike hack before eating. He did the same for my lunch partner upon her arrival, and has been caring and attempt to us throughout our whole stay there.
