What happened to Casa Masala? Seems like a take-over and could not meet the level we were used to… Not sure we’ll go back again…

Waitress was lovely and funny. But the restaurant was empty (9pm on a Friday night in August). Food was ok. Nothing wrong with anything but it was all a little uninspiring. We’re used to UK curry houses with a variety of flavours and spice levels and the food here was a little less exciting than we would have hoped. The “ghost naga madras” had no evidence of the ghost naga chilli.

The food was incredible. The ambience was very nice, and the service was impeccable. From an authenticity point of view, the food is not exactly authentic Indian, but the chef craft fully blends Spanish flavors with Indian fusion.
