Having made a last-minute reservation on Fork, the restaurant awaited our arrival with a table in our name. In addition to a rich menu, we followed the head waiter's suggestion of the day's special dishes: Italian antipasta, sausages with mozzarella and burrata. Linguini Bosco del Mare and Rigatoni Raggu, mushroom tagliatelle, and entrecôte—all delicious and well-presented. We paired them with a suggested red wine, which was also a very pleasant surprise. In the end, the 10-star rating was justified. The attentive service, the quality of the food, the well-organized space, the family-style restaurant, and the excellent value for money.
