4/10Our dinner experience started ok and our first impression was we were in a symphatthetic nice restaurant, although the restaurant is located on a very busy road with a lot of polluting air. However, gradually our lunch turned into a dissappointing experience. First of all, there was no baby chair, so we had to keep our 10 months old baby on our lap, which is ok. However, we did not expect to have to pay a coperta for her. That has not happened to us anywhere in Italy, which is generally very child friendly or the rest of the world. Furthermore, almost nothing on the menu seemed avalailable. So no pastas and no pizza's. Only some more expensive options were offered to us. In addition, when we ordered an espresso we received a coffee with lots of sugar and it took them almost 30 minutes to correct that with a coffee without sugar of poor quality. And this while there were only two more customers. Finnally, apparently the waiter expected us to give him a 25 percent tip, because when we paid him that amount too much he asked, can I keep the change? Having said all that, generally speaking the food was reasonably good.

Caro cliente,innanzitutto abbiamo avuto difficolta nel dialogo perchè,mi dispiace di questo,non conosco l'inglese.e questo è una mia nota dolente.ho tradotto la sua recenzione.Avendo una sala sul retro,il sediolone che mancava era gia occupato da altri clienti con i rispettivi bambini.Ed io mi sono impegnato a far sedere suo figlio,mettendo su una sedia dei cuscini.In merito al menu, la pizza da noi va servita solo di sera.e non e vero che le ho proposto dei piatti piu costosi.non parlando l inglese.le ho fatto notare dalla nostra vetrina,essendo anche gastronomia d'asporto,i piatti giornalieri.Ha pagato una crostata di tagliolini nella stessa media dei prezzi esposti al menu in piu non è vero che non esitevano altri primi.ASSURDO.per il caffe,noi facciamo una moka napoletana quindi ci vuole un po di tempo..Non conoscendo L'INGLESE come faccio a chiedere la mancia se non è gradita da lei.ASSURDO tutto questo.la invito a leggere le recenzioni dei miei clienti.in italiano....
