10/10Lovely little restaurant tucked away in the Marais. Nicely decorated. We were the first customers at midday but it rapidly filled up. The waiter offered great assistance in choosing dishes. The food was tasty and well served. We enjoyed the meal. However be careful with the add-ons! It ended up costing rather more than we expected. Also the cafe gourmand was overpriced and underwhelming !

9.5/10My wife and I lived in Taipei for 5 years and the food is authentic, well prepared, and served family style, All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall we had a very pleasant meal and can recommend Chez Ajia.

Excellent experience at Chez Ajia. Impeccable service, fresh ingredients, and well-balanced flavors. My wife and I each had a glass of rosé, which paired perfectly with the meal. Thoughtful preparation and a great atmosphere—will definitely return.

7/10I believe at some point, this place may have been really good but when I recently visited, the dishes were not outstanding as others may have mentioned in past reviews. Someone recommended this restaurant as the best Taiwanese restaurant in Paris, our visit was quite disappointing honestly! Although the service was great, the dishes simply did not stand out. The braised pork over rice was too sweet to my liking, we are huge foodies and have tried this dish in many versions but this one was just not it. They did not use the sour preserved veggie (that always comes with this dish). Many ingredients were not available during our visit, I don't believe this to be a representation of the best Chinese food in Paris. I think it may have been overhyped.
