The service was extremely slow. The food was tasty and hot with good portion size. The waitress forgot to get our fritz but was added to our final bill. We ordered 1L bottle of water (9.58€) but the bill had 4 water bottles (38.32€). We had to confirm the receptionist to redo the total bill. It was done without any hustle. DO CHECK YOU FINAL BILL properly.

This place shines when it comes to tasty food and a welcoming atmosphere, but today’s experience raised a tiny eyebrow about their client centricity. Restaurants that focus on customers usually go the extra mile to make special occasions feel seamless and flexible—even customizing services, listening to feedback, and adding personal touches for things like birthdays. Unfortunately, when it came to celebrating my twins’ big day, the spirit of client centricity took a back seat to the €50 cake fee. Instead of feeling celebrated, I felt like I’d brought contraband in the form of buttercream. A customer-centric restaurant finds creative solutions and makes guests feel valued, not just processed. So, maybe next time they could consider making birthday guests feel special perhaps with a little song, a free candle... In short, the food and ambience are spot-on, but just a tad more customer focus would turn a good experience into a truly unforgettable one!
