8/10The service was quick, accurate, and thoughtful. However, it was very obviously hectic the night we ate there (Sunday Oct 6th aka Katy Perry night), so the ambiance suffered for it. On a more serious note, the sound quality of the music playing in the outdoor dining covered patio was atrocious. It was clipping/distorting and the sound overall was thin, tinny, and harsh. Maybe the input volume to the receiver was too high and maybe those speakers are just cheap and can’t produce any bass. Fix the distortion and please please invest in a sound system with a subwoofer. In fact, a DJ would be an excellent next step for the restaurant as a whole. That said, we liked all of these things: the fixed price/all-you-can-eat format, the energy/vibe (minus the obvious stress pouring from everyone working), the food variety, the quality of the dishes, and the service — tutti bene! :)

9.5/10Beautifull restaurant. There are several sections with there own unique style, all beautifull. Many all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants don't have the best selection, but Chopstick Prati had delicious sushi, including classics such as salmon maki and sashimi, as well as unique dishes. Would love to visit again.
