The restaurant opened at 7:30pm and we had a 7:30pm reservation. We were greeted and seated without any wait. The restaurant inside seating filled up very quickly. Unfortunately we were seated in a corner next to the kitchen/bar entrance/exit so not the best seating location. Otherwise, the service was prompt and friendly, the food came quickly, and overall the food was very good. Highly recommend trying the Quatris, they were excellent!

This is our fourth time over the last four years that we have eaten at this restaurant, and it is always absolutely delicious. The service is friendly and attentive, and the food is completely wonderful. They have an extensive menu of desserts, which you really need to save some room for as they are fantastic. I guarantee that every time I come to Rome, I will eat here.

Food was fairly good and worth the money, all good. Ambiance quiet standard, still ok but service was disappointing, got agressed for entering 6 minutes early, forgot orders, food coming after the others had finished, no sorry, no please, so in the end we didn’t feel welcome. Speaking italian did not help either.

We ate outside under a heater, enjoying the winter sunshine. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Most spoke English. The food was excellent. My husband’s steak was tender and cooked rare, as he likes. My sea bass was covered with flavorful veggies. And the cost was surprisingly reasonable for such quality.

We ate outside in the evening with the benefit of heaters. Service was friendly and helpful. We had the stuffed zucchini flowers to start, which were light, crisp and delicious, and 3 of the small buns with smoked swordfish and rocket, then iberico pork and tagliata. All well cooked and presented and potatoes & salad included with the mains. Would definitely eat here again. Our waiter was supremely patient with an American couple at the table next to us who lingered during a busy Sunday night service where the restaurant (not bar) was turning people away, over 2 drinks and a starter each for virtually the whole time we were there. Then they proceeded to have an argument about his Mum. The waiter eventually suggested that maybe they would like a dessert so they SHARED a tiramisu before finally paying up and leaving.

We read incredible reviews about this place and so booked in advance for our Rome trip., really looking forward to it. The food was fine, but nothing out of this world. The place is nice decor wise. But, our issue was that we found a large, black hair in our starter, half way through eating it. We politely told the waiter who seemed to get angry and just shouted he’d get us another - which to be honest we didn’t want. He didn’t take the plate away until he brought the replacement, and the sight of the hair throughout our first course really put us off the other starter we’d ordered. It also wasn’t very appetizing for the main. At no point was an apology given, just a joke around how it wasn’t the waiter’s hair - which left us a bit baffled. The meal was a family occasion, but to be honest it fell very short.
