4.5/10Really a shame for a "Steaks" restaurant that for three times wer unable to cook a very nice fillet to the requested temperature. My wife asked for a medium temperature, the first time it arrived rare, when we requested to be fixed, they took it and came back as well done. When complaining again they decided to redo a new one, that came BLUE. At that point my wife was so disapointed that decided to cnacel her order, so at the end didn't eat anything

9/10It started nice with American atmosfere , continued badly with three dish choices (no type of T-bone and no ostrich) and the wine of choice not available, to finish on a much better note due to good service and excellent cooking. Definitely try the nachos with cheese. Hope the T-bone missing on Friday night was only an accident (although for a steak restaurant is a mortal sin). The rest more than compensated so we will certainly give it another chance.

Le prenotazioni si intendono sul servizio ristorazione e non su aperitivo AMBIENTE CARATTERISTICO - Il ristorante Columbus sorge a Peschiera Borromeo, a pochissimi passi dall'aeroporto di Linate. Il locale si propone come un angolo di America a pochi chilometri dal capoluogo lombardo. Il design è elegante e anni ‘50, con colori predominanti come il nero, il marrone ed il beige. VARIETÀ - Il menù, così come l'arredamento, richiama il territorio americano, ma non mancano anche proposte prettamente mediterranee. Molto buoni i dolci artigianali, ottimi i cocktail come accompagnamento. DA NON PERDERE - Consigliati assolutamente i nachos con formaggio fuso, il bacon cheeseburger, la tagliata di struzzo, il chili con carne, la fiorentina marchigiana, la salsiccia in umido, nonché la mousse alla banana e cocco con cioccolato fondente.
