Dear fork customer service, Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with this booking. I'm sure that I reserved the restaurant with 20 percent discount. But to pay the bill, at the cashier desk I find out that there is no discount in my app and their system. So I had to pay without any discount. Assuredly the main reason to choose that restaurant was the discount, since it was an expensive restaurant. So I don't know why The Fork didn't show the discount. How it can be possible? Now my trust on The Fork is under question. How can I be sure that it won't happend again.

The food was very very salty, impossible to eat more than couple of bites, we left the plates full also the steak we ordered in medium, came medium well to well done, it was dry and disappointing, on top of all the service from the manger was unprofessional when he told us - this is how we do medium in Italy, this answer is embarrassing because medium is the same all over the world and we had to eat something we didn’t order. In the end it was disappointing and we wouldn’t recommend this place

The ambiance was really great, and the restaurant is well suitable for groups. The staffs were also nice and the food was tasty, and not too expensive. However, the time lag between making an order and getting the food could be improved.
