Wow...I wasn't expecting much, but to be honest, this was shocking. I still had a very nice night! The place does stand up comedy and live jazz, and the evening was great. But from a restaurant perspective, it was a disaster. They were terribly understaffed I guess, but the service was both slow and forgetful. Throughout the evening we had to repeatedly remind the waiter of our order. Then they gave us the wrong dishes. When my burger finally did arrive, it was hilariously accompanied by 4(!) paltry French fries. Seriously, it was on a big plank with 4 little slivers of potato. It looked ridiculous - it honestly would have been better not to give any at all! (And potatoes cost nothing, so what's the deal there?) The burger itself was okay, but nothing to write home about. This was probably some of the worst service and worst food I've had in Rome. And yet, we still had a nice time...so there's that!
