Food quality was excellent. We ordered an appetizer to share, tagliere with tortel de patate, and two individual courses, which were tartare all’osso (stunning) and the gnocchi (with deer ragout) also beautifully flavorful. Downside was the service, sloppy and slow, with not so much attention maybe due to understaffings. Got 4 chalices of Lagrein and the first 2 were served emptying the bottle at the table in front of us, which is a nono in my opinion, since the bottom part of the bottle is keeping all the deposits. We waited 1.45 hours to get a shared appetizer and the main courses which felt like an eternity considering other tables got served much faster but still slow. The appetizer was a bit unbalanced, since we got 2 pieces of tortei and a mountain of cheese and high quality types of ham, so I had to ask for another portion of bread which was charged without me knowing. Experience was still good, but I would advise to take care of the slow service and of the unbalanced appetizer
