The people were incredibly rude to us, as soon as they understood that we had booked online. They served other guests before us and could barely bring themselves to look as in the eye as they served. At the end of the meal, the person came up to take payment, and he threw is card machine on my card which was lying on the table. Again he made no eye contact and did not apologise for this action. the card machine didn't work, so to avoid having to stay in their company any longer I gave them cash and we left. It was really a sad result for us, as we had until that moment enjoyed very special and kind hospitality in every restaurant and hotel we ate/stayed in.

Very Nice atmosphere, the food was definitely worth waiting for. Great wine selection all at very fair prices. Best restaurant in Bolsena

The food was tasteless. Most of it taken from a tin. A television was handling in the loft over a table, where the owner and his staff and family were sitting watching.. There were very few costumers, three including myself. I understand why. I have been eating several times in Fork-recommended restaurants. It has always been very good. This one is thrash!!
