All courses had exquisite tastes, and very beautiful design, way above 1 star standard. Warm and comfortable ambiance and friendly and knowledgeable gerand and chef made our evening complete. Worth a detour!

This is a hidden gem in a middle of a small village in the Woerden area. Staff attentive and with sense of humour, original plates carefully prepared and presented with fine taste. Matching wines perfectly enhancing the the experience. It is worth the trip!

Its got a star for a reason. Chef welcomed us at our table. Wines were divine, food was amazing. Service spectacular. Ambiance soft. Not cheap, of course. But you get your money’s worth. Highly recommended. Best dining experience of the year! If you have the chance, visit De Burgemeester.
