What a fabulous restaurant would highly recommend!! Friendly, attentive & warm service - even the chairs were super comfy like a mini hug. Every dish was delicious & unique - the fusion concept works perfectly. The Aguachile with passion fruit, avocado & sweet potato plus the Shrimp Tartare with mushroom foam were personal highlights! If you are a chilli/spice lover then a range of options to layer that in as well. The chipolte shot at the end was a nice touch. I only wish i lived in Valencia so I could go again. Only very small note is that they could incresse background music - it was a bit quiet
