Nice, casual restaurant for an unfussy but satisfying meal. Welcoming staff, honest prices, and good comfort food. Conveniently located for sightseeing Giethoorn Village, renting boats, and taking the canals to the local lake. We were glad we went.

Lovely place, very cozy in evening time. Dishes were delicious, for example the smoked duck as a starter. However the main 'vegetable stir fry with camembert' rarely had any vegetables, so a bit disappointing. Service was good, besides some minor things like when we wanted to order food, the staff was unavailable (eating in the back). Menu was overall lovely but it could really use some regional dishes and drinks.

We loved the quality of the food and even though the restaurant was pretty full, the waiting time was really short. The service was always paying attention and drinks were served very promptly as well! We can definitely recommend to eat here!
