Michelin restaurants have nothing on this gem of a restaurant. An experience that can’t be missed if ever visiting Palau. Matilda our host was fabulous. The food incredible. The scenery of vineyards, sea of Sardinia and Corsica. The vermintino wine produced by and offered the restaurant was outstanding.
