We stayed at La Maddalena for a weekend coming from Cagliari and Dorgali.. We ordered 2 pizzas, Vesuvio and Carrettiera.The taste was great, the dough very good.. We appreciated the very private and elegant environment, the quick service and the kind waitresses

Well... we went there with rather high expectations, following the other reviews, and left pretty disappointed and almost angry. Pizzas were average & my bf found a piece of (semi-melted) plastic in his... as we notified the staff about what happened, we got NO reaction from their side, and we basically had to ask for an apology (them explaining it might have been a piece from inside the oven!!??). Also, I ordered a simple mix of rucola and spinach on the side & got a bowl of lettuce dressed in vinegar instead covered with a few croutons (which I haven’t asked for), and got charged almost the full price of a cesar (7.5€). Anyway, disappointed.

Good service and good quality Neapolitan-style pizza with a variety of choice between traditional and gourmet. The setting is pleasant, with a marine decor.

Best calzone pizza i’ve ever had. From texture of the crust to the filling- it was a real treat after a day spent on the Capresa beach. Great attentive service and a very good English Cream desert (truffle).
